Customer Services Officer/Assistant Job Duties Greet the members, customers and visitors at front desk for immediate & proper assistance. Handle all incoming phone calls politely so that all callers are properly entertained and informed. Providing front desk customer service to the public and members Building relationships with members Learning about the company’s products or services and keeping up to date with changes; Requirement HKCEE or HKDSEE or above Three years' relevant working experience Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Word and Excel Passionate, service-oriented and good team player Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant. Working Hours Weekdays 11:30am-8:30pm, Weekend 9:30am-6:30pm Be willing wearing uniform Rotate day off, work on weekend is required We offer attractive remuneration and benefits.
